One Building at a Time
At IDeAs we believe that we change the world through our sustainable designs – one building at a time. IDeAs is a leader in advancing sustainable electrical design. Our solutions are highly innovative and cost-effective. IDeAs is an industry leader in green design. Our LEED buildings’ portfolio includes government, civic and commercial work. We provide state-of-the-art environmentally sound solutions that are highly energy efficient.
We look beyond the scope of the electrical systems to larger issues such as indoor environmental quality, aesthetics, maintenance, overall energy efficiency, and financial performance of the buildings we design. Integrated design requires in-depth understanding of the interactions between building systems. For example: optimizing daylighting requires tight coordination between building orientation and geometry; landscaping; window selection and size; lighting and controls; and HVAC systems. Our team has expertise in lighting design, architecture, mechanical engineering, and structural engineering.

Our goal is to continuously improve our designs and design sustainable systems, thereby improving the environment that we live in.
